On October 12th at new “Žalgiris” arena in Kaunas the only one concert in Lithuania will perform remarkable British synthpop duo HURTS.

Hurts are composed of singer Theo Hutchcraft and synth player Adam Anderson. In July 2009, Hurts featured as “Band of the Day” on Guardian.co.uk. They finished in fourth position in BBC's “Sound of 2010” poll.

Hurts debut album called Happiness was released on 6 September 2010 and went Gold in Great Britain and Austria, Platinum – in Germany. Six singles from this album had a huge success - “Wonderful Life”, “Better Than Love”, “Stay”, “Sunday”, “All I Want for Christmas Is New Year's Day”, “Illuminated”, almost all singles has impressive videos. Album also contains a duet with Kylie Minogue entitled “Devotion”.

In September 2010 it was announced their UK tour was sold out, and that Hurts would support “Scissor Sisters” on their UK tour later that year. The Band appeared on Sky Sports show Soccer AM to promote their album and their single “Stay”.

Hurts are signed to RCA Records (“Sony Music”), their manager now is well-known producer Richard “Biff” Stannard, who earlier worked with “Spice Girls”, Kylie Minogue, “Westlife”, Sophie Ellis – Bextor and other pop scene stars.

This year Hurts will appear at Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring Germany, Glastonbury, Oxygen, T In The Park, V Festival in Great Britain, Sziget in Hungary, also in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Latvia, Belgium, Switzerland, Finland, Poland, Sweden and many other countries.
